Using the marketplace
PAM helps visitors browse Johor property listings, projects and home services. You may browse the information made available to visitors. Posting and editing require an approved account. Do not access other users’ private information, impersonate another person or misuse the service.
Listings and media
Listing contributors must have permission to advertise the property and use its photos and videos. Information must be accurate and kept up to date. Sample listings and illustrative images are labelled. Price, availability, ownership, dimensions and purchase eligibility must be verified before making a decision.
Enquiries and transactions
A listing or enquiry does not reserve a property or create a sale, tenancy or financing agreement. Verify the agent, owner and payment instructions independently. Do not upload identity documents, banking credentials or confidential client documents in listing photos or descriptions.
Calculators and buyer information
Loan, DSR and purchase-cost tools are estimates using the figures and assumptions shown. They do not issue bank approval, a legal opinion, a tax assessment or foreign-purchase consent. Confirm financing with your lender and transaction requirements with your lawyer and the relevant authority.
What visitors can see
Only approved listings explicitly marked for Marketplace display and published homepage videos are shown to visitors. Contact details and street addresses are shown when enabled for that listing. Drafts, private listings, buyer and seller CRM records, internal notes without password sharing, bank values and unit/lot numbers are not included in the visitor marketplace.
Accounts, uploads and privacy
New members register directly with email and password. All website registrations require Master Admin approval. Login passwords are stored as salted hashes, and website sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Your email is not automatically verified; Master Admin checks registration details before approval. Existing team and Master Admin accounts may continue using their original ChatGPT sign-in. The workspace stores account information, listings, uploaded media and related activity so the team can manage its work. Master Admin manages team access and listing reviews. Buyer calculator inputs remain in the current page and are not submitted or saved by those tools. Links to WhatsApp and other external websites are governed by those services’ own terms.
Member details, enquiries and visitor reports
When you register, we store your sign-in email, name, phone, account type and consent date. Property enquiries are stored with your contact details for follow-up by PAM Master Admin and the agent responsible for that listing. The full member directory remains private to Master Admin; agents see enquiries for their own listings. Agent applications require separate approval before posting. We record property views and contact/share clicks using a random browser identifier stored on your device, event time, listing ID and referring website hostname. This produces approximate visitor and daily performance reports; anonymous views do not identify a person. We do not store IP addresses in these analytics records. Password-protected listing notes
An advertiser may explicitly enable password access to selected listing notes. The note text is not delivered on the public page before successful server-side membership and password checks. Only signed-in, Master-approved COA agent accounts can attempt to unlock these notes, and they must also provide the listing agent’s notes password. Public visitors, buyer accounts and pending, cancelled or suspended agents cannot access them. An authorised reader may copy those notes; password protection cannot prevent a recipient from sharing what they have already seen. Existing notes remain private unless password sharing is enabled by the advertiser. Do not enable this for confidential client information or identity documents.
Corrections and removal requests
For a listing correction, contact the listing agent using the contact details displayed on the advertisement. Team members should contact Master Admin for account, privacy or media-removal requests. Information may be corrected or removed when it is inaccurate, unauthorised or inappropriate.
